24 new initiates of the Gamma Delta Chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity moved back into 1525 E Drachman St, the house Pike has occupied since the 60's. With an enourmous amount of help from Brother Randy Qualls, a Pike alumni from Middle Tennessee State, the house was put under $100,000+ of renovations.The quality of the house now reflects the true character of the gentlemen of Pike.

Half of the Pike Lounge is shown here. The house is complete with two 55" tvs and a 73" tv. All three tv's are equipped with DirecTV so that brothers can gather for sports games.
